Synopsis

A Pre-Ramadhan Ladies' Night at Masjid Al-Khair

Ramadhan is often spoken about through a single lens of productivity and visible rituals. But for many women, the journey is far more layered.

From menstruation and emotional fatigue, to juggling studies, work, caregiving, and unseen labour — this session creates a safe, women-only space to acknowledge real struggles and rediscover how every state has its own form of worship.

Allah ﷻ created women with unique rhythms, responsibilities, and conditions — and no effort is unseen, no struggle unrewarded.

What we’ll explore:

• Feeling “left out” in Ramadhan

• Fasting & menstruation — clearing common myths

• Emotional & spiritual struggles of a Muslimah

• How to remain rewarded even when certain acts are restricted
